✨ Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Priority Express (1–2 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
🌍 International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days).
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
- Boujee Couture by Ray is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
⚠️ Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Boujee Couture by Ray is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos (if damaged).
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
💎 Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship within the timeframe listed in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available.
🚫 Shipping Delays

- Holidays
- Natural disasters
